Evaluation of Soil Test Phosphorus Extractants and Tissue Analysis for Corn

The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship four different soil test phosphorus methods (Mehlich 3, Bray 1, 2, and Haney H3A) for corn production, determine critical P tissue concentration at growing stages. experiment conducted 12 locations, fertilizer treatments consisted five rates applied by broadcast pre-plant. Soil samples were collected 0- 6-in. depth, then before treatment application block. Tissue V6 R1 growth between R2 varies 0.24–0.93. Mehlich 3 1 have a higher correlation, 2 lower correlation. Linear plateau determined levels stage 0.42%, 0.22%. moderately correlated with = 0.62, having in early stage.
